The Elizabethan, which is a replica of an 1890s stern-wheeled Mississippi paddle steamer with polished wooden interiors and handsome upholstery, such as authentic patterned carpeting throughout. Here, the capacity is 235 at maximum, or more like 140 for a fine dining experience.

There are three vessels in the fleet, with the largest being the Dixie Queen which has a maximum capacity of 620 people, and the smallest the Edwardian, with enough room for 90 guests in total, perfect for small to medium receptions.

When it comes to organising the food, the team here work specifically with award-winning caterers FoodbyDish, who have over 25 years of experience catering, and know these boats inside out. FoodbyDish creates seasonal menus with plenty of options from cold, hot and sweet canapes, bowl food, food stations, buffet, BBQ and a classic three-course meal.
